We are to be featured on a national tv program in a couple weeks. A critical component is the Polygal which American Plastics supplies us. We ordered polycarbonate and realized we should have ordered Polygal instead. Not only did Robert jump into action immediately, he ran out to the loading dock to stop the shipping company. He had them reverse the order, take the wrong product back on the same truck and eliminated the shipping and reshipping costs. Furthermore Robert called another supplier that had not left their facility. He ordered the Polygal and was able to have it ready for us at 4pm the same day. INCREDIBLE...
